Welcome to Achievo by On Habit (“Achievo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Achievo.shop and your purchase of our products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Services

Achievo offers ready-made and personalised vision boards.

Ready-made products: Pre-designed vision boards available for purchase directly through our website.
Personalised products: Vision boards created using the goals, preferences, and inspiration images provided by customers.

Our vision boards are printed on premium 300 GSM thick sheets and are supplied unframed, unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise. They are not rigid boards and are not designed to stand independently.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, colours, dimensions, and images. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and printing differences.

2. Orders and Personalisation

For personalised products, customers must provide their goals, preferences, and inspiration images through our designated WhatsApp channel after placing an order.

Our personalisation process generally includes:

You place your order and submit your preferences.
We create a design based on the information provided.
We share a design preview through WhatsApp for your review.
You confirm the design or request reasonable changes before printing.
After your approval, we proceed with printing and shipping.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their design preview, including spelling, wording, images, and layout, before approval.

Once a personalised design has been approved and sent for printing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, subject to applicable law and our published policies.

We reserve the right to contact you if information required to complete your order is missing or unclear.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly offered on the website.
Applicable shipping fees and other charges will be displayed during checkout, where relevant.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.

An order confirmation does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange any applicable refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders across India to serviceable locations.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary due to the delivery location, production requirements, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and other information required for delivery.

Achievo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, this does not affect any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable law.

5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In general:

Eligible ready-made products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the published policy.
Personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or preference.
Personalised products that arrive damaged or contain a verified printing defect may qualify for a free replacement if reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

All requests are subject to the applicable policy and consumer rights under Indian law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When using our website or placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete order, contact, and delivery information.
Provide images and content that you have the right to share and use for your requested design.
Avoid submitting unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Review personalised design previews before approving them for printing.
Use our website lawfully and refrain from attempting to disrupt its operation or security.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on Achievo.shop, including our branding, logos, product descriptions, website design, graphics, and original designs, is owned by or licensed to Achievo by On Habit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or modify our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

For personalised orders, customers retain responsibility for ensuring that submitted images, logos, and other materials may lawfully be used. By submitting them, you grant us permission to use them as reasonably necessary to create, print, and fulfil your order.

We will not use customer-submitted personal images or goals for unrelated promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

8. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website feature will always operate without errors.

We may update product listings, prices, website features, or these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date where appropriate.

Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued to customers under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Achievo by On Habit will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

10. Privacy

We handle customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information such as contact details, shipping addresses, order information, and personalisation materials may be used to process orders, communicate with customers, and arrange delivery.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents consumers from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available to them.
